Wild Strawberries, Santa Ynez Mountains

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the forest, the wild mountain strawberries ripened. 

Strawberries and poison oak.

Santa Barbara strawberries. The sweet depth of flavor is among the richest, if only but a bit.
